Returns Policy

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please let us know within 10 days of receipt and return ship within 14 days for merchandise credit.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. In order to receive an return authorization number (RA#)please email returns@shepherdsurvival.com
A restocking fee of 10% is applied to all orders returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
In order to receive credit, returned items must be received in the original packaging in resaleable condition
A copy of the RA# must be accompany returned merchandise. Failure to do so may result in credit not being processed.

If you receive any missing, broken, or defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days and we will ship a replacement out generally within 1-3 business days.
