Orders over $250 will be shipped to the Billing Address Only! Please contact us if you need an exception.
· If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please let us know within 10 days of receipt and return ship within 14 days for merchandise credit.
· All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. In order to recieve an return authorization number (RA#) please email firstname.lastname@example.org
· A restocking fee of 10% is applied to all orders returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
· In order to receive credit, returned items must be received in the original packaging in resaleable condition
· A copy of the RA# must be accompany returned merchandise. Failure to do so may result in credit not being processed.
· If you receive any missing or defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days and we will ship a replacement out generally within 1-3 business days.
· Free Shipping pertains to domestic orders only. Canadian orders must use the traditional checkout process (no Google checkout allowed for International Orders) and will be assessed a flat rate $25 international shipping fee.
· Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-3 business days, via UPS or USPS delivery, pending stock availability. Some orders will be shipped directly from the warehouse. In cases of extremely high demand due to a national emergency, some items may be on back order and will be filled in a first come, first served basis.
· Orders will generally arrive within 3-9 business days, based on ship address location. Food orders will generally arrive in 7-14 days.
· Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.
· Orders with a shipping address containing a PO Box will be shipped via Postal Service
